River Rapids. Rapid Transit.

Just seven miles south of the heart of Boston, Milton, Massachusetts is a contemporary suburban community rich in history and culture. Established in 1662 it has distinguished architecture and spectacular natural surroundings. Milton has winding country roads, endless stone walls, broad meadows and beautifully preserved turn of the century homes. It has vast acres of conserved land including the Blue Hills Reservation which gives it its bucolic feel.

Milton was voted the 7th best place to live in the US by Money Magazine in the August 2007 edition and is no longer the Boston area’s best kept secret. The Governor of Massachusetts, Deval Patrick also makes his home here in Milton.

Milton’s environs offer many recreational opportunities, such as boating or kayaking along the Neponset River; skiing, hiking, or horseback riding in the Blue Hills Reservation; swimming at Cunningham Park; golfing at many nearby private and public courses or just walking along the River Way Path.

Milton is in the process of restoring and adding a large wing to it’s historic library. In addition, all of the six public schools have been rebuilt or restored.

Milton residents have quick and easy access to major highways such as Route 128 and Interstate 93 and 95. There is also public transportation including the historic Trolley which connects to the Red Line.

Whether it’s the proximity to the City of Boston, or the charm of a small town like Milton, you can enjoy the pleasures of each at The Residences at Milton Village.
